In the unlikely event of your jewelry getting lost in transit, you will be entitled to a full refund or receive a new piece of jewelry (of equal amount) of your choice.

Shipping to military APOs ships orders to military APOs using USPS registered mail. Please note that delivery to military APOs may take up to three weeks, so it is best to order in advance.
Lifetime warranty
The lifetime warranty on your jewelry covers the following services: cleaning, polishing, prong tightening, and rhodium plating. Shipping is not included.

The lifetime warranty also covers the loss of side diamonds, stipulating that the loss was not caused by damage.

Gift orders
All iDiamonds orders are beautifully packaged and gift-wrapped, free of charge.

Planning a surprise? We love surprises! Consider where the ring should be delivered. iDiamonds requires a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx. These requirements are for your protection, but we understand that they may interfere with your surprise. You can simply call customer care at 1.800.501.3312 or and together we will make sure your gift is a surprise.
Return policy
If you don't like the diamond or jewel you received, you can return it to us for replacement or a full refund. We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns for custom items.
Ring re-sizing
If the ring is the wrong size, we will resize it as many times as you need for free. We'll pay for shipping the first time, and you will pay for shipping for subsequent resizings. Every diamond sold by comes with a diamond grading report. The grading report is issued by GIA, AGS, EGL, or IGI laboratories. The report details every attribute of your diamond. The grading report is available for viewing on every diamond page on our website.


Taxes and fees
When you submit the order and provide your details in the order form, the total price will appear. This price includes additional taxes and fees based on where you live.

Credit card security code
The security code is a 3 or 4-digit number that appears on your credit card. Visa and MasterCard users will find this code above the signature on the back of the card. Discover and American Express users will find this number on the top right of the front of the card.

What if I buy the wrong ring size?
If the ring is the wrong size you can ship it back to us at no cost to you. We will resize a ring more than once for free, but you will pay for shipping after your first resizing. Diamond quality
iDiamonds sells only the highest quality diamonds. Although individual characteristics such as carat, cut, clarity, and color will vary with each stone, all our diamonds are tested, certified and free of chemical treatments or alterations that are detrimental to the diamond and deceitful to the customer.
Conflict-free diamonds
Conflict-free diamonds are stones that are not mined for the purpose of financing warlords and other illegal or inhumane working conditions. Our diamonds are carefully selected and tracked to ensure ethical-sourcing, so you can rest assured that you are not supporting any corrupt or dangerous activities.
Custom jewelry
iDiamonds has a staff of highly qualified in-house jewelers that will help you create the jewelry of your dreams. Choose your jewelry specifications from our vast selection of designs.

After selecting your diamond color, shape, cut, and setting, our skilled jewelers will combine those specifications to create your original piece.

Diamond certifications
The GIA (Gemological Institute of America), AGS (American Gem Society) and HRD (Hoge Raad Voor Diamant or Diamond High Council, Belgium) issue certificates that assure the value and quality of your diamond. GIA, AGS, HRD and IGI are the gold standard in diamond grading. Their reports cover all the key characteristics of each diamond.
Upgrade policy offers a lifetime upgrade policy for certified loose diamonds purchased directly from us. Any diamond can be exchanged for 100% credit towards a new purchase valued at least twice the original amount. The diamond being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document.
